The role requires management of the strategic development of interchange and other inter-client fees with Europe, leading collaboration with business areas across regional and functional areas with specific projects varying in focus, depth and stakeholders.  This requires the ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with the expertise to construct and deliver recommendations to senior management in a concise and impactful way.

A significant element of the role requires statistical analyses and modelling, utilising information from multiple sources, and supporting business decisions by presenting the inferences and recommendations in a clear manner.

This role will report into the Head of Interchange Development and Operations, for whom they will be required to deputise for on occasion. The role will be based at Visa’s offices in London, United Kingdom.

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Lead the development of interchange and inter-client fees to support market growth, regulatory compliance, risk management, innovation and cost effectiveness across the Europe territory.
