As part of the Visa Secure Product group, you are the go-to-person for 3-D Secure expertise, features and functions, both internally and client-facing. Collaborate with payment systems, clients, vendors, IT and Sales to deliver effective 3-D Secure 2.0 products to market. Be a leader in operationalizing Visa’s 3-D Secure 2.0 infrastructure.

 

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Areas:

  • Support the Visa 3-D Secure 2.X testing program that will scale to hundreds of vendors across all regions

  • Deliver successful certification of 3DS global vendors

  • Drive the efforts to operationalize Visa’s 3-D Secure 2.0 infrastructure to include troubleshooting, interoperability management and reporting

  • Develop documentation for all 3-D Secure related flows and product enhancements to ensure that requirements have the supporting details for solid product development execution

  • Develop “subject matter expertise” on the EMVCo 3-D Secure 2.X specifications to being able to interpret the spec and apply the knowledge to actual implementations

  • Provide technical support and consultation to issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and 3-D Secure vendors

  • Monitor product performance with clients directly and data analysis through VisaNet systems

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualification:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems/Mathematics/Business required or equivalent technical experience preferred

  • 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably within a technology or financial services company
  • Demonstrated quantitative & qualitative reasoning skills through prior projects
  • Prior experience as a business analyst/system analyst is a huge plus
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and with cross-functional teams
  • Must have the ability and willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, demonstrating understanding of data and product performance
  • Understanding of payment processing and US payment landscape a plus

Additional Information

Physical Requirements:

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5% travel required.

Work Hours:

Incumbent must make themselves available onsite during core business hours
