What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Cluster month end closing- accruals, check of accounts, posting JE where necessary.

  • Support in detailed work and analysis within the Budget and Forecast cycles

  • Responsible from the A/P Tracker; ensuring the PO allocation against the budgets are correct; monitor the spend vs budgeted amounts; ensure spend and commitments are accounted for accurately, completely and timely. Responsible from status reports as and when required by HQ

  • Similarly responsible from the MDF tracker; including also executing the collections from Clients.

  • Admin support to the marketing team (sponsorships, presentations)

  • Identify and complete the requests that need to be submitted to GMBS Billing; follow up and track any reconciliation needs liaising with the country RMs

  • Placing PO´s- closing Po´s help tracking all invoices, matching PO´s (All Po´s in cluster including Opex, consulting, A&P, etc)

  • Support in other finance processes: Onboarding suppliers, Car leasing, Local Tax requirements

  • Monthly reporting of the Opex, T/E Tracker and VIK in cluster

  • VIK expense forecasting and tracker

  • Review of all cashbooks in the cluster- accounts well placed, booking in policy,

  • Merchant Payments; execute the payment orders and track the payments; support the AE´s in any reconciliation requests

  • Provide Client based data (Fees paid; processing and/or acquiring volume) to the business

  • Implementation of ARIBA in cluster and usage (central legal tool)

  • Tax in SE: Support Central Tax team: Bookkeeping, Liaison with EY

  • Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

What we’re after…

  • Result oriented finance analyst who can easily build good communication with all Cluster and HQ Finance team members to get effective and fast results.
  • Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Highly analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Extensive finance experience with progressively increasing responsibilities. Audit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with a complex financial system (e.g. Oracle, Hyperion, TM1, COGNOS)
  • Fluent in English
