Supporting the Procurement Operations Lead:

• Manage and improve process and systems with specific responsibility for Ariba

• Manage the Ariba contracts database providing support and reporting

• Complete management information and cost analysis reporting

• Support the implementation of the Ariba P2P tool

The Cost Management position sits in the Procurement team, reporting in to the Procurement Operations & MI Lead.

• Degree or equivalent business qualifications.

• Deep Procurement Operational process knowledge including contract management and expense.

• Strong and proven Ariba system experience.

• Sound contract management experience.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Experience in the delivery of training and composing training documentation.

• Track record of delivering process improvements

• Strong subject matter expertise in all aspects of cost management.
