What’s it all about?

This role sits within the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Division within a busy team dealing with strategic matters affecting Visa Europe with regular contact at C-suite and Board Director level.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Executive assistant to Deputy General Counsel and Company Secretary; and Director of Regulatory Legal
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members, Board members and industry partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for two senior colleagues,
  • Schedule meetings and manage travel itineraries for Board Members, as required 
  • Arrange corporate events, including Board Meetings to take place inside or outside of the work place, including Board Meetings and Dinner, occasionally overseas
  • Email inbox management and monitoring on behalf of senior leaders
  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

Qualifications

What we’re after…

  • Associates degree, or hold equivalent professional experience
  • Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications
  • Must be able to exercise good judgement regarding information which may be confidential
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work with attention to detail.
  • Solid planning, organisational and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
