Job Description

This Program Manager will be part of the North America Business Operations team (NA Ops), reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement. As a key member of the team responsible for Sales Platforms and Tools, this individual contributor will drive implementation of key operational initiatives and processes that support our client-facing teams across North America. The ideal candidate is adept at organizing and leading cross-functional project management, and is motivated by both independent and collaborative problem solving and analytic excellence.  They will demonstrate individual resourcefulness and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.  

Key goals and responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strong working relationships and collaboration with Global and Regional Business Operations teams, and Client Marketing teams.
  • Provide regional project management support for key knowledge management and CRM development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of user experience across Sales CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Oracle/Eloqua) and Knowledge Management platforms and tools; drive towards improved usage and engagement metrics.
  • Advocate for North America business requirements across client engagement, sales planning, and campaign initiatives and processes.
  • Oversee and develop key internal reporting and metrics to substantiate program compliance and demonstrate progress against KPIs.
  • Independently drive relevant data analyses and reporting from multiple platforms; define and develop dashboards and presentations suitable for senior management; manipulate substantial CRM data in Excel, while providing effective summary reports for leadership.
  • Facilitate onboarding of employees and key functional areas that are net new to CRM usage within Visa; conduct discovery around new business use cases and transform into functional requirements and training materials.
  • Provide timely and accurate and communications to key stakeholders; participate in and/or facilitate cross-functional briefings and trainings.
  • Provide qualified direct support of Account Executives and Sales Leadership as it relates to program implementation.
  • Drive regional participation and compliance with global client engagement survey and action plans.
  • Drive regional compliance against key auditable sales processes and account team audits.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD. UR Only:  MBA/ PhD degree without experience.
  • 4+ years relevant Program or Project Management experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM; working knowledge of reporting and CRM configuration a plus
  • Fluent in data analysis via Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree with a business, quantitative, or computational emphasis a plus
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills; adept at synthesizing presentations via PowerPoint
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization is a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Demonstrate decisive but inclusive decision making in a fast-paced multi-work stream environment

Work Hours: 

  • Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Travel: 

  • Incumbent must be able to travel up to 5% (minimal travel)

Physical Requirements: 

  • This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
