Job Description

Coordinate Field Marketing activation initiatives including but not limited to support issuer banks, acquirers, Vendors, Sales and Products functional areas on card and payment product designs and clients marketing activities such as promotions, events, budget control and forecast cycles as well as business cases analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for card and payment product design approval submissions in Brazil

·         Ensure compliance with Global Product Brand Standards and other operating regulations and rules

·         Assist Issuer Banks, Sales and Product functional areas with card design related implementation issues

·         Support vendors on card design issues

·         Assist on agency briefing, agency and partners follow up on card design projects

·         Participate in conference calls, meetings and projects with the Global Card Design and Brand Management teams as needed

·         Accountable for timely approvals of card design submissions in Brazil and support to other markets if needed

·         Foster innovation through designs and new programs to support business goals

·         Provide guidance to Sales and Product functional areas regarding variance requests processes

·         Ensure Product Brand Standards compliance

·         Direct contribution to client marketing activities including but not limited to business planning, budget planning, development, implementation and control of all promotion, life cycle and product launch under VIK plans

·         Track the implementation and on-going results

·         Support the interface between internal clients (sales team, products team, acceptance team) and external clients (banks, acquirers, merchants);

·         Support the communication pieces approval process by ensuring accuracy of information, correct usage of brands, taglines and images;

·         Assist in partnership negotiation, contracts development and approval and post buy evaluations;

·         Assist in the operational and legal requirements involved in the vendor payment procedure;

Support the preparation of presentations to banks & Acquirers and Visa Global

Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor's Degree

·         Years’ Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience or project management

·         Marketing knowledge and agency relationship

·         Analytical skills (ability to identify trends, tendencies, forecast, etc.)

·         Experience in client relationship

·         Negotiation capability

·         Good logical skills

·         Presentation skills (Written)

·         Ability to work cross-functionally (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously)

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent collaboration and teamwork

·         Strong reporting and organization skills

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

·         Team Player

  • General office administration (including online based tools)

·         Fluent in English

·         Availability to travel
