Job Description

What's it all about?

The Senior Business Lead, Real-Time Payments will lead and coordinate with key clients to implement a UK wide strategic initiative for Visa, it’s clients and their consumer and retailer end-users.  You will be responsible for managing and selling the communicating the Visa vision to our clients/stakeholders and leading the client interactions  through a change lifecycle to ensure the successful completion of this work.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Manage existing client relationships (from Board level to project teams) and be the point of contact for those relationships on a daily basis
  • Successfully sell the Visa vision for Real-Time Visa Payments
  • Manage the implementation of Real-Time Visa Payments the UK & Irish markets
  • Partner with our clients and Visa project team to manage any project challenges

Qualifications

What we’re after…

  • Client / Account Management experience
  • Ability to see a vision and create buy-in from external clients/partners
  • Excellent knowledge of the payments ecosystem in the UK
  • Experience of working across seniority levels
  • Experience of managing Banks/Issuers and/or Retailer payments
  • Curiosity to learn and deepen knowledge within the industry
