Job Description

Overview

The Sr. Director, Cross-Border – Integrated Program Management will play a leadership role in developing a focused, integrated, cross-border program playbook comprising client facing levers (e.g., products, marketing campaigns) to leverage the global scale and expertize for effective local execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete global inventory of programs and initiatives by identifying specific context / use case for cross-border growth in the market and studying the end-to-end consumer journey.

  • Build the initial program playbook by establishing an exhaustive inventory of client facing levers to drive cross-border and prioritizing key levers to be built and tested. Frame supporting infrastructure for client facing teams to execute each lever (e.g., ready-to-use client narratives, solution designs, marketing assets).

  • Support usage / deployment by corridor-, market-, and region-level leads and provide initial training / orientation on the codified set of cross-functional and client facing actions. Enable direct contact and knowledge transfer between teams with prior experience and those needing help.

  • Refine and re-inforce the program playbook periodically. Expand the list of programs in the playbook beyond the initial list of priority levers, based on levers found effective in other corridors / markets.
