Job Description

The individual will be responsible for business development and client relationships with payment gateways and B2B Acceptance Partners to increase acceptance, identify new payment flows and deliver new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with payment gateways and B2B acceptance partners across AUNZSP
  • Work closely with gateways and BPSPs to identify new and underpenetrated payment flows and revenue opportunities.
  • Deploy Visa Token Service and the new secure remote commerce capability within their payment offering. 
  • Support clients to convert their current Visa Checkout capability to the new Secure remote commerce standards and work with gateways and other merchants to implement Secure remote commerce and Visa Token Service.  
  • Partner with Gateways to deployment of further Visa Services such as Visa Direct or 3DS
  • Identify and develop relationship with new B2B players in AUNZSP that focus on expanding Visa acceptance in  B2B payments

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise or merchant sales experience with track record of  identifying win/win revenue generating opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management skills , including aligning strategic direction with partners within similar or relevant industry
  • Proven abilities in negotiating and influencing customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to represent technical and business ideas and solutions to multiple levels internally and externally to support strategic goals.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate success in customer relationship management and driving NPS
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using standard MS Office 365 tools (e.g. MS Teams, Sharepoint, OneNote, etc.).
