Job Description

This position is a part of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) in Japan responsible for the business leadership of Visa’s clients in Japan. The role encompasses a broad mix of client requirements and is suited to a dynamic and future-oriented person with exceptional client relationship skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong financial and analytical skills, excellent communication, and strategic business thinking with a passion for payments and the financial industry.

This position is responsible for developing and enhancing partnership with key clients in Japan.  The Manager position is responsible for analyzing business performance and managing business opportunities.  The position will work closely with the team members and internal functions to sell Visa products and services, and to negotiate contractual arrangements.
The candidate will drive the cashless initiatives of both B2C and B2B, utilizing VisaNet capabilities.  The Manager effectively leverages the ongoing partnership with clients including incentive agreements to execute such initiatives.  The effort requires coordination with global stakeholders including account planning and regular reporting to leadership and finance.
The candidate continuously monitors performance of the ongoing business and reports to the account owners and the Japan country manager.  The position reviews financial performance of the client and properly forecasts PV, revenue and incentives.


 Excellent financial management / performance measurement / forecasting skills
 Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
 Outstanding communication skills in Japanese and English
 Ability to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships
 3 to 5 years finance, consulting and/or sales business experience
