Job Description

What's it all about?

In a context of HR management change in Paris with some key HR international projects to implement in the coming months, we are looking for an HR administrator role for 7 months mission in order to :

  • Clean the administration filing
  • Implement the new HR  filing process
  • Update various templates related to on boarding, benefits in France, orgcharts, and workday cleaning
  • Prepare various reports
  • Participate to the WW HR projects implementation.
  • Assist the HR Manager in administration and payroll in liaison with international payroll team.

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Strong experience in administration and payroll for France, Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems, good command of French legislation, acquired in French and international companies;
  • A good command of English ( a test will be made during interviews) in order to use international systems and being one point of contact for France employees and international teams.
  • An experience on workday is required in order to assess the situation, check the accuracy of data, train end users and managers, as well as using Microsoft environment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, well organised , customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Reliable, attention to details, ability to manage urgencies on a daily basis
