So what do we expect of you, day to day? 

• You will be the escalation point for AskHR for all European specifics HR policies visa Service Now platform.

• You will provide interpretation of policy or non-routine queries including researching local legislation where applicable and providing recommendations

• You will support on managing the end to end process of the employee life cycle (including new employee orientation, on – boarding and training programs)

• You will work with the Cluster HR Manager to support on delivering HR calendar activities and support HR initiatives, HR projects, case management…

• You will support the Cluster HR Manager through employee relation issues (including investigating and documenting)

• You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and communicate with employees at all levels of the business.

• You will liaise closely with payroll, employee changes and contractual matters and assist other European HR teams on some ad hoc projects when necessary

What were after 

• Experience in HR generalist role doing similar activities

• Understanding of the Spanish/Italian employment law is a must

• Strong organisational skills –ability to project manage, multitask and prioritise effectively

• Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR

• Autonomy, adaptability, problem – solving skills, attention to detail

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential 

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel periodically as required
