The Global ATM Network Product Office leads all aspects of the Visa ATM business which includes devising key market strategies, conducting complex analysis, and creating new opportunities focused on long term revenue growth and increasing market share. The day-to-day management of the ATM business includes direct oversight of a complex offering that contributes over $1.4B in annual revenue to Visa Inc, interfaces within all divisions and geographies across the company and is a core offering to clients worldwide. Specifically, in key markets, the ATM channel serves as a very important banking channel for Visa clients and continues to expand beyond its traditional role as primarily a cash dispensing device and more of an everyday banking center with such features as intelligent deposit, and multi account selection transfers and bill payments.

Job Description

This Product Manager's role will be primarily responsible for both leading analysis and providing support in 2 main areas of focus supporting the Regional ATM Product teams:

  • Revenue Generation / Business Development Initiatives: Support creation of business case and analysis for new ATM opportunities that may include new Interchange / Pricing modifications, ATM processing platform plays, key client deals and value added services outside the United States (immediate domestic opportunities include Canada, UK, Japan and international opportunities include global PLUS Alliance).  This will ultimately include support in implementing and executing against our strategic plan to compete and win more ATM transactions in the Global marketplace.   Additionally, the incumbent will lead all XB ATM reporting including monthly and quarterly dashboards, internal and external reporting as well as working with Finance to maintain revenue view of Global ATM P&L.

  • Product Development / Product Management Initiatives:  Work with global and regional ATM product offices and client facing sales teams to offer support on all ATM related issues focused extensively on offering ATM transactions beyond simply cash withdrawals. This includes leading the creation of new client facing marketing, communication and training materials that will encourage issuers and acquirers to participate in the Visa / PLUS network as a partner when addressing Issuing opportunities.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT :This position requires the incumbent to travel for work less than 10% of the time.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate Degree required, graduate degree/MBA preferred

  • 5 to 8 years’ payments experience preferred, ATM industry experience required

  • Creative, good communications and presentation skills

  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to assess an opportunity's potential, leveraging fact-based analysis and industry experience

  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, results drive, and flexible

  • Good program/project management skills, ability to drive initiatives through to completion

  • Product management experience would be ideal

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
