Client Support Services (CSS) provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. In addition to supporting client implementation of Visa products and services globally, CSS is also responsible for a host of critical services that support the broader Visa organization and clients, including: Visa Rules management, cardholder disputes, compliance, client testing and configuration, and client tools. The team also provides support for Visa’s DPS,  CyberSource and Authorize.net businesses. Across time zones and borders, we provide clients with a comprehensive set of services including on-behalf-of contact center support to the end consumer and merchant. Job Description

This role is specifically for an internship to take place during summer 2020 for a student pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree.

The CyberSource Internship is an opportunity for candidates to get fundamental exposure to the inner workings of Global Enterprise Level Merchant Support. Basic level training in credit card processing and CyberSource internal tools will be provided and successful candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with merchants, regarding changes to their accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire basic working knowledge of CyberSource products and tools

  • Routinely perform sensitive merchant configuration changes

  • Monitor transaction activity for accounts which recent changes have occurred

  • Claim and complete basic internal and external requests

  • Assist with campaigns, including outbound calls to merchants and mass account updates

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date in 2021 or later.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Working towards a Bachelors degree in MIS or Computer Science.
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on.
  • Strong ability to collaborate.
  • Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understanding new process and protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, continually re-prioritize cases and work under pressure.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Additional Information

Work Hours:  This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements:  This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0% of the time.

Physical Requirements:  This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment; such as telephones and computers, and reach with the hands and arms.
