Job Description

Purpose

Management and implementation of Visa products and solutions marketing campaigns at market level that support business KPIs and Visa brand preference among consumers and corporate clients (the list of products to support includes but not limited to commercial cards, money transfers, all new product solutions).

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area

·         Develop and provide realisation of product solutions marketing support including:

  • Provide Global Visa strategy adaptation to the Russian market and its clear and consistent realisation for commercial cards
  • Provide local marketing strategy development and realisation of marketing plans to support all solutions based on Visa Direct (different types of p2p money transfers as well as funds disbursement, etc.)
  • Provide local marketing strategy development (if needed) for new products (e.g. instalment cards) and realisation of marketing plans to support product solutions

·         Work closely with the products Visa team providing the team with consumer insights and other marketing insights in order to provide consumer-centric products and solutions development

·         Develop and implement best-in-class marketing solutions to ensure consistent and effective use for meeting business objectives and needs

·         Provide quantitative post-campaign and regular performance analysis in due time and incorporate learnings into future projects.

·         Provide input to management team and stakeholders to influence development of marketing strategies and program development

·         Responsible for briefing the creative and media agencies on all campaigns ensuring to safeguard the Visa brand.

·         Manage the allocated budget for respective assets and activities and ensure all activities are performed within parameters fully an on time in accordance with Visa policies and requirements.

·         Continually monitor existing and potential competitor marketing activities to identify new opportunities or highlight potential causes for business concern.  Propose opportunities where Visa’s differentiated proposition can be used to counter these competitor threats

·         Apply analysis of card payment trends, market opportunities, cardholder behaviour to digital/social marketing and plan in order to make strategic recommendations on future business direction.

·         Actively support the global brand strategy by ensuring all campaigns comply with the brand strategy and visual and verbal guidelines & Visa policies.

·         Share best practice and successful programmes with other Visa Regional offices and with Client marketing team in Russia

·         Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and identify areas where these policies and procedures need local adaptation.

·         Effectively manage all stakeholders responsible for the successful implementation of a campaign including agencies, suppliers, merchants and  banks and others as appropriate

·         Ensure key stakeholders are fully informed of all campaign activities

·         Ensure all Global Brand marketing policies and procedures are adhered to and identify areas where these policies and procedures need local adaptation.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation
  • Significant work experience in a blue chip retail or service sector organisation. Financial services experience would be advantageous
  • Significant experience in marketing with a strong bias towards delivering successful domestic and international marketing programmes. 
  • Demonstrated track record in the development and implementation of integrated campaigns as well as marketing consultancy and agency management 
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of delivery and ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion
  • Must be strong team player, able to work on multitask projects and  in a multi-functional  teams
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on, growth orientated work environment, must be adaptive to change
  • Must be self-confident and able to think on their feet
  • Must have worked in an international environment, familiarity with culture and values is of paramount importance
  • Strong personal motivation and commitment
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • Must be responsive and sociable
  • Proficiency in Russian &English
