Job Description

This position will report directly to the regional VIK Champion and will lead all efforts and initiatives related to Value in Kind and its implementation in markets. The main goal is to ensure that the VIK complies with three objectives:

1.     Cash Displacement

2.     Selling and utilizing the concept appropriately

3.     Ensuring quality work is being delivered against VIK

 

Other more specific tasks to the role involve:

-          Deal Structure: active participant of GIG meetings, assess incentive displacement, ensure deal structures per guidelines

-          Deal Policy / Exceptions: manage regional exception / carry over decisions;  manage regional ‘not charged’

-          Account planning:  lead regional process to plan VIK utilization across all delivery functions

-          Tracking: ensure regional inputs to tracking process are delivered, ensure key stakeholders receive and action tracking outputs

-          P&L Management:  ensure business inputs to accounting process are owned;  maintain visibility and action P&L gaps

-          Pricing / Efficiency:  align product pricing and margin improvement plan for each delivery function

-          Training: Responsible for providing training and understanding among all VIK stakeholders

-          Own and drive resolution of issues and challenges as they arise

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

-          4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualifications

-          7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.

-          Experience working in payments industry or with a financial institution (bank, credit union, Fintech).

-          Previous experience in a management-consulting firm.

-          Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
