Visa is looking for a passionate product creator to join our Innovation team in Singapore who will use human centered design principles to create new, innovative payment/commerce experiences across Asia Pacific. We believe that great products have the ability to engage and inspire users and we strive to rethink and redefine how people interact with payments across Asia Pacific.

The Manager, Co-Creations, Innovation will be involved in the early stages of research, ideation and storytelling and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams through the iteration and implementation process. In addition, this role will serve as an evangelist of the co-creation framework for Visa Asia Pacific to bring together client partners, designers, technologists, and subject matter experts to facilitate solution discussions. The team in a small, nimble, talent people eager to solve complex problems in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in small multi-disciplinary teams including product, design, technology and strategy to deliver impactful solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
• Stay up to date on payment, technology, and business trends 
• Leverage human-centered design thinking techniques to develop products, services and/or physical connected form-factors
• Facilitate large audiences towards a common outcome, works with clients towards the delivery of digital products/services from idea through to commercialization.
• Demonstrates thought leadership in digital commerce, using data driven insights to solve problems in unconventional manners. 
• Develop presentations and strategic initiatives to conceptualize and uncover target audience behaviors, pain points, needs, and aspirations

• Co-manage and drive the completion key deliverables

• BA/BS degree with an aptitude and passion for business, commerce, or technology 
• Strategic thinker and conceptual problem solver 
• Eagerness, self-starting nature, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience within a human centered focused organization, concept development, and workshop facilitation
• Experience working hands-on with developers and product managers in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles, prototyping, testing, future visioning, and strategy development
• Ability to translate human insights into commercial outcome
• Ability to communicate and influence ideas effectively
