If you think you can support Visa as a Marketing & Finance Coordinator, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to assist the fast-paced and award-winning UK marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the UK marketing team’s budget and finances and assisting the seamless set-up of multiple marketing campaigns.

What’s it all about?
The role will involve liaising with multiple internal stakeholders at Visa including Procurement, Compliance, Finance and Legal, to support campaigns follow the necessary processes to be compliant. The role will also involve supplier engagement with our agencies and partners.
This role will give the individual visibility of Visa’s marketing strategy and execution, focusing on Client Marketing and Brand and Product marketing:
- Brand marketing to drive brand health metrics
- Product marketing to support the business objectives of cash displacement and driving share in the f2f and online environment
- Client marketing to support business priorities, utilization of Value in Kind and to drive client engagement
Visa also engages in several sponsorship properties including; FIFA, Olympics and Women’s UEFA. This role will also require support in managing the marketing of these sponsorships including; consumer promotions and fulfillment of packages.
The individual must have experience in administration and have a keen interest in marketing. An efficient multi-tasker who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. Must be comfortable communicating to multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strong attention to detail is essential.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Support on budget tracking for multiple campaigns and monthly budget reporting
Procurement support including; onboarding new suppliers, raising/receipting of purchase orders and solving invoice queries
Ensuring necessary documentation is filed for compliance purposes
Support on sponsorship activations and promotions, including fulfilment of sponsorship packages & prizes
Supporting the management of client events and meetings
Management of merchandise
Support one Director of Marketing UK&I with diary management and expenses filing
- Financial admin / budget management experience a pre-requisite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in marketing desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using finance / procurement systems such as Ariba, Oracle, SAP
- Ability to prioritise manage multiple projects at one-time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels: Internal and external
- Strong team player who works well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Flexible and resilient in changing circumstances
- A “can do” positive attitude
- Self-starter; decisive and collaborative
- Good cultural understanding and sensitivity
