Job Description

As a Product Management Intern for Value Added Services like Visa Card Enrollment Hub, Card on File Data API and Visa Credential Enrichment Services, you will be part of the Visa Token Service (VTS) Digital Product organization collaborating and analyzing VTS Value Added Services product initiatives.

A successful candidate will be highly adaptable, coachable, possess strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills, and able to effectively manage multiple work streams. The ideal candidate for this position will have market research and analytical skills paired with great presentation and communication skills. The candidate should be able to understand technology enough to be able to correlate with product capability assessments and differentiation.

Job Scope:

  • Perform competitive market analysis for Value Added Services

  • Assess key performance metrics and measurements and identify gaps that need to be addressed in order measure the success for Value Added Services.

  • Perform regional usage and coverage analysis for value added services like COF data API. 

  • Manage documentation readiness and timelines by co-ordinating with tech writers, product owners and integration engineers.

  • Create / support new use cases, concepts, experiences based on market research.

  • Provide Product support to local and regional teams to support this complex and evolving platform, and working across sub-functions as needed.

  • High energy level, performance oriented and passionate about customers, payment industry, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work constructively in teams, highly collaborative with a great attitude working on cross-functional teams where there may not be a direct reporting line.
  • Able to create strong and positive relationships across teams and functions, including areas of not direct engagement, in order effectively gather information, resolve issues, provide feedback, and to contribute to the overall product direction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey the analytical results in the most effective way - verbal and digital content using PPT or similar tools.

Qualifications

·       Typically requires MBA and some payments industry exposure/understanding .

·       A proven record of accomplishment of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines is also required  

·       Understanding Agile or other expedited design and development methodologies a plus, but not required

·       Skills:

·       Creative thinker, analytical and articulate, solutions and results-oriented, customer focused, and excellent product management discipline

·       Highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful team projects with great team dynamics/relationships.
