What’s it all about?

Visa has a strategic mission to leverage the best of Visa’s global capabilities and local payment ability in a rapidly changing world.

Are you curious, self-driven and willing to continuously learn? Join the Visa team as Sales Manager for Switzerland to accelerate delivery and cross functional agility. This role will report into the Head of Sales Management Central Europe and will be based in our Zurich office.

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Sales planning and Pipeline management
  • Controlling of the CRM system and pipeline delivery
  • Support country and cluster sales strategy and key initiatives
  • Working with Finance, Strategy and other functions  to prepare targets and multi-year planning objectives
  • Planning, compiling and creating content for management meetings
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and help to improve them
  • Setting goals, scorecards and their governance by country & function
  • Build strong relationships with all functions, other regions and Sales Management peers

Qualifikationen

  • You are able to articulate, concise and clear in written and verbal communication
  • You are willing to constructively challenge ideas based on facts & analysis; willing to consider different points of view
  • You aim to manage a large number of competing priorities for different stakeholders on tight timelines and collaborate in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge and experience in the payments industry, local payment market and ecosystem are an advantage, but not a must
