Job Description

As part of the Brazil Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible to deliver strategic and tactical marketing value to one key client in Brazil working closely with leadership team and Business Development team.
The Maketing Manager will be key on design and implement co-marketing programs with for a dedicated client by converting incentives investment into Visa marketing activation focused on drive business revenue. The Manager will also drive Marketing Value Added Services (VAS) to key clients focused on merchants and co-brands partnerships (not limited to). 
In addition, the Manager will be responsible to develop project briefings, work with agencies, develop business proposals, build business cases, manage lifecycle product campaigns, work in partnership with clinet to identify and explore new ideas and activate Visa´s asset.
It is an exciting opportunity to contribute on client marketing strategies development, plans and oversee the implementation focused on build long-term partnership, which will contribute to consolidate our brand to the market.

This position should be part of a SQUAD team at least a year in a full-time job inside of a new key client.

• Manage with agencies & partners to develop communication plan aligned with Visa´s and partners brand strategies. 
• Direct contribution to client marketing activities including but not limited to business planning, budget planning, development, implementation and control of all promotion activation.
• Conduct marketing incentives budgets supporting on spend controls and effectiveness. 
• Provide guidance to Sales and Product functional areas regarding variance requests processes
• Ensure Product Brand Standards compliance
• Track the implementation and on-going results
• Support the interface between internal clients (account executives, products team, analytics team) and external clients (banks, acquirers and merchants);
• Be an expert on the communication pieces’ approval process by ensuring accuracy of information, correct usage of brands, taglines and images;
• Manage partnership negotiation, contracts development and approval and post buy evaluations;
• Manage the operational and legal requirements involved in the vendor payment procedure
