Job Description

Visa is looking for an individual to join our team and play a key role executing CRM strategy for Visa marketing campaigns. The potential candidate will be based in São Paulo and will be responsible for the execution of CRM strategy in collaboration with marketing efforts.

Potential engagements could include deployment of CRM strategy, including the full-cycle marketing campaigns (portfolio segmentation, campaign execution in conjunction with Marketing team, follow-up, results measurement), implementation of current segmentations and scores to Visa’s cardholders, optimization of customer servicing processes assessment of portfolio lifecycle actions, among others.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Marketing to deliver a broad solution to support client and consumer strategies;
  • Lead the analysis for CRM and campaign management activities;
  • Execute the engagement including Portfolio segmentation, campaign execution and measurement of results;
  • Work together with Marketing CRM Director to establish strategic customer journeys and to develop a customer pacing strategy based on communication results and best practices and transactional behavior;
  • Define Main KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to optimize B2B2C marketing campaigns;
  • Include the insights and analyses to improve marketing campaigns performance, drive understanding of issues and provide strategic insights for marketing agenda.
  • Stablish priorities to achieve performance goals on the marketing campaigns.
  • Propose the best approach in terms of analytics, segmentation and solutions to deliver use cases, optimize campaign results and leverage Visa solutions. 

Incumbents applying for the role should be motivated, analytic individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to support the business growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, mathematics, science) and/or business administration.
  • MBA preferred
  • +12 years of relevant industry experience in analytics/CRM in a leading commercial brand or management consulting (with relevant industry experience in retail/financial services/payment), or retail banking/cards management experience
  • Substantial problem solving ability with strategic focus on impacting ROI
  • Business and Analytics Skills with experience in deploying CRM Strategy in payment / financial industry
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
  • Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills; ability to manage deliverables - and to coordinate, collaborate, and demonstrate results to other Visa divisions, financial institutions, merchants, and potential alliance partners
  • Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
  • Team player
