Job Description

Visa is looking for an individual to join our team and play a key role executing CRM strategy for Visa marketing campaigns. The potential candidate will be based in São Paulo.

Potential engagements could include preparation of data foundation to be the basis for marketing CRM strategy, including the integration of different data sources including internal and external data, among others.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Data cleansing of various data sources to be used in the CRM marketing strategies, such as: authorization and settlement, enrollments at Visa’s promotional platform, data from marketing campaigns among others;
  • Integration of VCA scores, models and segmentations with Visa’s segmentation engine;
  • Data enrichment using available external data, including customer profiling, geo location among others;
  • Develop process to monitor data quality and identify possible roadblocks on internal process;
  • Scheduling and automation of data collection, processing and segmentation of our scores maximizing the usage of our data platforms;
  • Creation of dashboards to monitor performance the main KPIs;
  • Optimization of SAS, Hadoop, Spark, R, Phtyon among other codes to increase efficiency;
  • Integration with other analytics teams around the world and with IT team to ensure the system stability and availability;

 

Incumbents applying for the role must be curious, proactive, motivated, data-driven, analytics oriented and problem diagnostics solving. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Qualifications

·         BA/BS required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred (eg: Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering).

  • +5 years of relevant industry experience in DBM (Database Management) in a leading commercial brand or retail banking/cards experience.
  • Proactive to find new technologic sources to manage data;
  • Flexibility to understand business requirements and proactively find solutions;
  • Experience in big data analytics and statistical modeling in SAS including SAS E. Miner, SAS E. Guide and SPSS
  • Work with large volumes of data; extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Apache Spark, SAS, through scripting in Python, SQL, Java etc.
  • Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing and modeling large data sets
  • Transform data/ analysis to a business language
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual

·         Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills; ability to manage deliverables - and to coordinate, collaborate, and demonstrate results to other Visa divisions, financial institutions, merchants, and potential alliance partners
