Job Description

You will be a member of a cross functional team that will expose you to all aspects and phases of Visa’s Access Management organization including: Unix / AIX / Linux and LDAP services provisioning; service provisioning, regulatory, compliance, and auditing processes. 

Essential Functions

  • Provide security related access management support for Unix / AIX / Linux operating systems.
  • Collaborate with other Information Security professionals to identify automation opportunities, design and develop solutions to streamline manual processes, and implement solutions.
  • Execute UNIX / AIX / Linux BAU activities, manage Ask Now request queue, provision Unix Non-user, Unix User accounts, and Unix groups provision to UPM, provision to EAM, and provision to eRPM
  • Configuration of RBAC in OIM, and Sailpoint implementations including Roles and PRMS (permission sets)
  • Collaborate and support a variety of IT and Business team users throughout the company across the globe with IAM services.
  • Provide high quality Access and Payment Security service through use of Service Now system processing requests, troubleshooting and resolving access related incidents meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage security related procedures for Unix / AIX / Linux systems using today’s latest collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and WIKI.
  • Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications; coordinate access management related audit and compliance tasks, UAR, such as user access reporting and remediation.
  • Ensure high quality support by having flexibility to accommodate and support existing server/application maintenance windows as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and the following: 
    • 2-3 years of enterprise-level experience with RBAC Role Mining and Development
    • 2-3 years of enterprise-level experience with Enrollment of Network Devices and Hypervisors
    • 2-3 years of enterprise-level experience working on projects related to Expanding Weak Password Detection from AD Service Accounts to Unix Service Account
    • 2-3 years enterprise-level experience with Unix Access Management – Managed UPM/Sudo
  • Position and incumbent must be based in Austin, TX; no telework is allowed for this position, and relocation assistance will not be provided in conjunction with this position.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security+ and Network+ certifications 
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and not in need of sponsorship

Work Hours:

  • Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours. 

Travel Requirements: 

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0-5% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: 

  • This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
