Job Description

The Staff UX Designer for the innovation center is an experienced specialist in human-centered design methodologies that enables the core of Visa’s Innovation process. Skills include conducting primary research, understanding business challenges, facilitating the ideation of solutions, drafting product/services concepts, applying validation techniques and workshop moderation. 

Also, this position is a potential succession role for the regional Head of Design. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as familiarity with Latin American territory

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience 
  • Full command of the English and Spanish language is required 
  • Bachelors Degree and/or Masters preferred
