Job Description

ALM is a global product that enables spend-based product qualification and card fees/rebates to support Visa’s card product requirements and custom issuer deals.  ALM supports various Visa services, including Account Level Processing (ALP), also known as Account for Life, by assigning cardholders a single account number that remains the same even as the underlying card products change.  This enables issuers to offer their customers different levels of card benefits while cardholders get a consistent experience of a single account number.  It also supports card linking services to aggregate spend for interchange qualification, supports replacement of lost/stolen cards and enables linking cards belonging to a single household or business which can be used to identify primary cardholder or authorized users.  Card linking services are used across other Visa systems to enable user authentication, provide insight into cardholder risk factors and can be customized for other uses.
