Job Description

What’s it all about?

Within the Visa Technology Operations France (VTOF), the PMO is responsible for :

  • The management, maintenance and enhancement of the change and incident management process.
  • The management, maintenance and enhancement of the VTOF project portfolio management process.
  • The support of the VTOF management in any changes to its organisation and governance.
  • Contributing to audits and compliance activities

The PMO will report to the director of Visa Technology Operations France and will work in collaboration with the heads of Business Operations and Technology Operation as well as their teams.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

Management, maintenance and enhancement of the change and incident management process

  • Management of the Change and Incident management processes evolutions and enhancements, including coordination and alignment with the Visa global equivalent processes.
  • Management of the Change and Incident Management Tools (local and global), including content administration, test and implementation of releases.
  • Organisation, facilitation and reporting of VTOF change and incidents review meetings.
  • Training & support of users on the Change and Incident management processes and tools.
  • Maintenance of documentation of the Change and Incident processes
  • Change and Incident management process quality and performance monitoring

Management, maintenance and enhancement of the VTOF project portfolio management process

  • Management of the VTOF annual action plan (initial definition, review and monitoring, forecast, final report).
  • Data collection from the various line managers
  • Consolidation and review of data consistency until the action plan is validated with the VTOF management.
  • Facilitation of the various meetings relating to the action plan
  • Update of the VTOF project portfolio management process if necessary
  • Tracking of the overall projects status, based on updates by project managers related to a single or multiple projects.

Support the VTOF management in any changes to its organisation and governance

  • Support of the VTOF management in designing, documenting and communicating the organisational evolution of the direction.
  • Maintenance of the direction documentation (Governance document / Action plan / Change and incident management procedure…)
  • Maintenance of the team job descriptions.

Contribution to audits (internal audit, PCI-DSS…) and to compliance activities

  • Educated to Master Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Mid-level experience in project and/or program management
  • Strong ability to summarize complex and rich information into management reporting information in order to support the team decision process
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in the practice of the ITIL process management
  • Appetite for the technology and payment industry
  • Bilingual in French and fluent in English
