What’s it all about?

Visa Europe has an exciting opportunity available within its Revenue Operations team for a Credit Control Analyst on a permanent basis.  The successful applicant will work with the Billing, Finance units in managing debt, credit control processes and query resolution. We offer a challenging job in a fast growing environment that is driven by continuous developments and improvements, in which you can play an important role.

What we expect of you, day to day.

• Chase all overdue clients in a timely manner and in accordance with the credit control guidelines
• Query resolution- with a "Right First Time" mindset, and proactive actions to resolve disputes whilst escalating to management where appropriate
• Send out reminder letters and statements on a regular basis; manage own time to ensure that all tasks are completed in line with Credit Control guidelines.
• To develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• AR reporting, generating Bad Debt provision, and Cashflow reports for management. To assist with ad hoc projects as and when required.
• Drive continuous improvements in terms of DSO, resolving incomplete cash/unapplied receipts, and reducing aged debts.

• Confidence and ability to work independently and prioritise own workload
• A self-starter with strong communication and organisational skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work cross functionally across the business and adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to manage and consolidate data inputs from multiple sources
• Oracle experience preferred as is the ability to quickly learn the use of multiple bespoke technical systems
• The successful candidate will have mid-level experience within Credit Control
• Bachelor's Degree with CICM Qualifications a Bonus
