The marketing function has overall responsibility to drive Visa transactions. Also leads the communications strategy, planning and implementation of all global, regional and local 3-D marketing programs in support of marketing strategies and objectives in all brand, product, client and innovation platforms. On the Marketing Team our ambition is to have an impact in the way marketing is being done both physically and digitally.

This is a marketing manager role responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies and plans for consumer facing and merchant partner initiatives supporting the business expansion plan in Argentina.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Executing the marketing strategy and campaign development (including media and creative executions) with a big focus on deploying our digital footprint, utilizing data, analytics and insights to measure marketing effectiveness, and drive decision making.
  • Leading CRM strategy leveraging existing owned digital platforms, social media channels to cultivate an audience and convert to subscribers.
  • Manage the marketing budget including tracking, reporting, and marketing program performance.
  • Work closely with the Marketing hub team and internal partners to leverage synergy marketing opportunities.
  • Manage our key partnership with our brand agency and media-buying agency from strategy, plan development, channel planning and data.
  • Inspire, coordinate, and motivate local agency partners to deliver best in class marketing programs
  • Deliver best marketing practices and contribute to a “Go Beyond” marketing team.
  • Prepare and conduct strategic business presentations, and ensure compliance with processes in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance to Visa key controls and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of brand, digital and trade marketing experience, preferably in a multi-national company
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies based on business objectives and executing marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience managing and motivating external partners, including agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance including ROI and accurately forecasting sources of cost, revenue and risk with an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high ability to present with impact in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Advanced planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working with the sport assets and partnership alliances is highly desired.
  • Digital marketing experience is a must

  • This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
