Visa is looking for an accomplished Product Manager in User Experiences and Go to Market with a passion for innovating and shaping the next generation of payment products.

This is a dual role where you will collaborate closely with Regional Teams, Clients, Partners, on Go to Market product direction and execution, as well as work with Designers and Marketing to bring leading-edge payment experiences to life. It involves working with our acceptance partners on executing the delightful user experience and standardizing that experience With your deep knowledge of the payments industry, user and product experiences acumen, and global GTM experience, you will come up with innovative solutions to solve our client needs and create delightful experiences. You will drive the business, defining and executing a global GTM path to scale for the Visa BNPL solutions. You should be a self-starter that can balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

 Responsibilities

  • Define, solution, and deliver extraordinary customer experiences by working with closely with our design and marketing teams to bring to life best in class user experience both for sellers and issuer partners
  • Produce innovative solutions to solve our client needs and grow the business
  • Influence roadmap prioritization necessary to scale effectively
  • Draw on user experiences that tie with practices aligned with mission and payment experiences both existing and new
  • Create and manage global GTM roadmaps, prioritization, and ensure consistent execution of the GTM process from ideation to launch
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop the assets to support GTM strategy
  • Balance commercial, design, marketing and user experience choices, and communicate solution feasibility that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customers
  • Interact directly with clients and executive leadership to evangelize product solutions and priorities
  • Understand evolving needs and challenges of clients including issuers, acquirers and merchants, and ensure products are tailored to meet those needs
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the payment space
  • Be a leader, thought partner, and an integral part of a team of high performing product managers

Qualifications

BASIC Qualifications:

  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

PREFERRED Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, computer science or information technology or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD
  • Worked on front end user experience in ecommerce or other related creative user experience environments
  • Experience with all GTM strategy, planning and execution
  • Deep background in payments, BNPL payments, and product management with a proven record of scaling products a plus
  • Customer champion with a proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs
  • Keen eye for optimal designs and consumer experiences, ability to design innovative solutions for complex challenges
  • Proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, effective decision making, and ability to drive for results
  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on client success. Comfortable making decisions with limited data, structuring abstract problem statements and defining solution path for execution
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate. Demonstrated passion for driving payments innovation

Work Hours

  • This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours

  • This role at times requires off-hours responsiveness (for example when the executive is in a different time zone)

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work up to 20% of the time

Physical Requirements

  • This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
