Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company needs Sr. SW Engineers to develop and implement new data driven business solutions. Drive development effort end-to-end for on time delivery of high quality solutions that conform to requirements, conform to the architectural vision, and comply with all applicable standards. Perform solution development including coding and unit testing. Engage in software requirements definition and clarification in collaboration with business to ensure completeness and common understanding. Align solutions with architects and senior technologists for architecture and design. Provide solid cost estimates for effort and time. Create design documentation. Facilitate design reviews to provide solid cost estimates for effort and time. Facilitate design reviews to assess the impact of proposed scope changes on assigned deliverables. Build automation, test automation, and deployment automation. Identify, document, plan contingency, track and mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate software solution status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner. Utilizes graduate-level research and analysis skills.

Employer will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Technical Field.

SALARY: $103,200 - $123,200 per year
