Job Description

You will be an EMV subject matter expert in a feature team within Cybersource that is in charge of providing a sound and high quality tech stack for our smart terminal platform to enable next generation payment devices. In addition, you will help drive the whole company to a new level in product, technology and organization.   The position is available both in our Munich (Germany) and Poznan (Poland) offices 

Essential Functions:

  • Establish a technical vision on the technology stack running on our smart terminals and share your technical expertise in and outside of your team.  
  • Work closely with product owners to create a technically excellent product.  
  • Actively participate in developing the technology your team is responsible for and open it up for enhancements from other teams.  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+years of experience with a PhD 
  • Experience working with kernels and payment applications running on payment terminal     
  • Expert knowledge of EMV   
  • Commitment to technical excellence  
  • Experience in coding (Java and/or Kotlin) for Android

  • 40 hours per week
