Job Description

As an Associate Manager on our Talent Acquisition team, you will manage and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.  Our TA Coordinators provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function by scheduling interviews, ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times, and updating key stakeholders as appropriate.  This role will report into the Global TA Operations & Excellence team.   

The Global TA Operations & Excellence team drives transformation and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition organization.  The team is responsible for enabling Talent Acquisition delivery teams through operational excellence; with an ongoing focus on quality and efficiency, while leveraging technology as an enabler.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators in multiple locations. 
  • Encourage success in the coordinator role through designing and holding team accountable to qualitative and quantitative performance measures.
  • Help refine and scale the interview scheduling process with a focus on stakeholder experience.
  • Develop team members to meet their career goals through continuous coaching, providing opportunities for growth and removing barriers.
  • Partner and collaborate with team members, at all levels, across the broader Global Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technical solutions.
  • Regularly assist team with the day-to-day scheduling activities.

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD or PhD).

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of management work experience in a related field (e.g. customer support, coordination or related type of team) with a proven ability to develop talent
  • Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred, or a demonstrated career interest in these areas
  • Ability to foster a client service focused environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once; strong attention to detail is a must
  • Strong analytical background and previous experience using data to inform decision making
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
  • Proven effective communication, organizational and prioritization skills, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Experience partnering with, and influencing, Senior Leadership teams on recruiting programs and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with ability to learn new technology tools
  • Experience working with SmartRecruiters or any other Applicant Tracking Systems/Recruiting system is a plus

Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours. May require occasional meetings outside of core business hours to connect with global partners.

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
