Job Description

As part of our customer present product team, you will be responsible for one of the countries & merchant verticals expansion teams. The team mission is to solve merchant's regional & business specific payments needs with Cybersource Ready Terminals & Card Present Connect product solutions. 

You will do so together with a talented and motivated team of engineers, scrum master, fellow product managers and others. You’ll be part of the team that is developing the future of payment processing by building innovative payment solutions. 

Essential Functions:

  • Product discovery & optimisation: develop further our product by building new payment features & connectivity expansion with Cybersource Ready Terminals & Card Present Connect solutions 

  • Leading a scrum team that develops and launches features with our next generation locally integrated payment solution  

  • Map, prioritise and transfer the requirements into the product agile development process 

  • Develop and prioritise the roadmap for the future growth of the product 

  • Actively participate in the SDLC and improvement of the product development progress 

  • Effective & proactive communication of the roadmap to the stakeholders  

  • Responsible for documentation and product delivery 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 +years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,  JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 

Product Management Domain: 

  • You have developed strategies for new products moving beyond the status quo 

  • You have led Scrum teams to develop and launch products and features 

  • You have shipped product and/or features in line with a developed strategy 

  • You have scoped & prioritised work based on the data driven decisions 

  • You have an established track record of building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at various levels 

Payment Industry Domain:  

  • You have high level of understanding of general merchant and acquirer needs for Card Present payments  

  • You have high level of understanding of merchant Card Present payments needs in specific countries/regions & merchant verticals 

  • You have good level of understanding of EMV standard

Technical Domain: 

  • You understand and are able to challenge technical payment specifications

  • 40 hours per week
