Job Description

What's it all about?

This role will be a key team member of the Visa Direct Global Commercialization team to  launch of new solutions, segments and use cases globally. You will lead mission critical cross-functional projects, produce analysis and insights, develop market launch plans for new solutions, and execute on strategic initiatives. The role will require you to analyze new market segments and use cases to design plans and processes to scale Visa Direct. Work with regionals teams to launch new partnerships with banks, financial institutions, marketplaces, merchants and Fintechs to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Experience working closely with product, sales, marketing and communications stakeholders to help drive commercial launches and targets, with strong analytical and project management skills is a must. What we expect from you, day to day...

  • Manage Go-to-Market (GTM) plans to launch new solutions, segments and use cases to for Visa’s clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including marketing, sales, legal, finance, product, risk, and operations, compliance) to drive GTM action plans for target segments including banks, issuers, financial institutions, Fintechs and merchants.
  • Work with regional product owners and cross-functional teams to develop market opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, benchmarking and pricing for Visa Direct products and value added services.
  • Create solution documentation, business architecture and UX best practices, pricing, partnerships to accelerate market demand launches, conversion and performance.
  • Evaluate product feasibility and potential constraints for expansion for new markets and use cases (e.g. market demand, landscape, regulations, Visa rules and policies).
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Comms teams to develop value proposition materials, positioning, messaging, sales collateral, tools and training.
  • Manage external research and design/UX agencies to deliver innovative research and thought leadership for new value propositions and use cases
  • Coordinate GTM plans and roadmaps across Visa Direct regional product teams and Marketing, Design, Sales, Operations, and Legal to achieve scorecard goals

 

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or product preferred
  • Experience in the payments industry preferred
  • Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
  • Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
