About Managed Risk

The mission of the Managed Risk Services (MRS) organization is to be the unrivaled advisor for global payment fraud management, and our vision is to be the most valuable partner in lasting client relationships.

This position is responsible for developing and delivering training and certification courses for the Cybersource Risk Solutions organization.  Under the direction and guidance of the Sr. Director of Global Risk Training & Certification, the Training and Certification Program Analyst will be responsible for instructional design, content development, and training delivery.  In addition to maintaining excellence as a subject matter expert on fraud strategy, Decision Manager, and Fraud Management Essentials, the Training and Certification Program Analyst will secure subject matter experts as needed to develop content ensuring fulfillment of other training needs outside of the individual’s specific expertise.  The qualified candidate will be experienced in creating, maintaining, and delivering professional training modules, and must be well versed in the best practices of eCommerce fraud management.  This position may require occasional domestic and international travel.  Work hours are variable, as we support an international organization and client base.

Responsibilities: 

Maintain and enhance existing command of Decision Manager, Fraud Management Essentials, and other products offered by the Cybersource Risk Solutions team, and payment solutions on the Cybersource product platform.

Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, the eLearning platform utilized in the build and delivery of Visa/Cybersource client-facing and internal education modules.

Create and maintain eLearning modules for products in the Cybersource Risk Solutions portfolio.

Proactively update existing course materials as products and services are enhanced and modified.

Consistently seek gaps in existing curriculum and coordinate with teammates and leadership to improve offerings to internal and external customers.

Stay abreast of latest learning and development practices to ensure training is engaging and effective.

Assist in on-boarding new Managed Risk team members via new hire training programs and act as a guide in service delivery as requested.

Stay abreast of updates and changes in the business to proactively suggest and develop new curriculum for continuing education training.

Ensure travel and expenses are within budget guidelines and reported in timely manner.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years professional experience in the eCommerce payment industry required.

Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering training via remote hosting tools and utilizing other electronic tools required.

Minimum 2 years’ work experience with Cybersource Payment and/or Risk Solutions products required.

Self-starter with proven record of delivering on commitments and managing effectively against deadlines; highly motivated to independently develop expertise in new topics and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, and strong, demonstrated aptitude for learning technical software required.

Proficiency in, or demonstrated familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 software highly preferred.

Engaging, enthusiastic team player with proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.

Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills required.

Multi-lingual skills are beneficial (English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Cantonese) but not required.

Additional Information

Travel: Incumbent must be able to travel up to 15%

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds
