Job Description

The Implementation Program Analyst opportunity is part of the Cybersource North American Technical Sales organization. This role is responsible for assisting and expediting newly signed, and existing merchant clients in the production deployment of Cybersource services. This includes providing project management services as well as technical, functional, and best practice implementation advice to enhance the merchant experience and accelerate their implementation timeline.

Additionally, the Implementation Program Analyst is required to help coordinate Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and work with closely with Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence and Subject Matter Experts to ensure meeting RFI/RFP requirements on schedule. 

Responsibilities: 
- Work collaboratively with merchants to architect on-boarding project plans for small, mid-market and enterprise clients to expedite the production deployment of Cybersource services 
- Leverage project management, technical and functional experience to advise and assist merchants with the implementation of Cybersource services 
- Report on projects and tasks completion including communicating the schedule and project considerations to senior leadership 
- Coordinate internal Cybersource resources to ensure issue resolution 
- Identify, assess and minimize merchant implementation project risks 
- Set and manage merchant client expectations regarding schedule and Cybersource service capabilities and limitations 
- Utilize independent thought and judgment to identify, analyze and resolve problems as they arise 
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen the merchant relationship 
- Be the point person throughout the merchant implementation engagement 
- Stay current with Cybersource product offerings, service enhancements and updates 
- Work with Cybersource Product Management and Marketing teams to help align the 
Cybersource solution offerings with our customer needs based on feedback received during the implementation process 
- In conjunction with Sales, facilitate competitive written responses to RFI/RFP's 
- Maintain RFI/RFP response schedule

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a project and/or program management role related to technical sales and/or consulting, including prior experience with enterprise clients 
- Strong experience with project management tools and techniques 
- Expertise in scoping complex implementations including the ability to create and modify project plans, estimate tasks and apply project lifecycle methodologies 
- Knowledge of payment, security, and/or risk management systems within the industry is required 
- Strong knowledge of services and technologies used in online, mobile and POS environments 
- Knowledge of CyberSource products and services is preferred 
- Customer relationship experience including heavy interaction with merchants, vendors, partners, and internal departments and resources 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills 
- Available to travel up to 10% (as required) 
- Bachelor's degree required

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 10% of the time (as required).

Physical Requirements: ​​​​​​

  • This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
