Job Description

Responsible for driving growth and optimisation opportunities with Fintechs, to ensure Visa meets the needs and expectations of our global Fintech clients, who are based in the UK&I. This requires the candidate to take time to understand the needs and priorities then work with the Visa internal teams to ensure they are met on a day to day basis plus execute the mid  term GTM plan

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Delivery of the Visa growth targets outlined in the Customer Agreement. To be accountable for delivering and maintaining the Commercialisation of the Go To Market plan  

  • Leading our engagement with clients and ecosystem partners and ensuring a positive, high quality relationships is maintained, meeting the clients expectations in this fast changing environment

  • Strong cross functional leadership; working virtually across the organisation to deliver a seamless experience; this is across functional responsibilities (solutions, marketing, finance etc.) and across regional and market geographies (AP, CEMEA, US etc.)

  • Proactively develop incremental business streams and share growth opportunities of existing business. It includes the identification of business models, innovation opportunities, strategic alignment and go to market plans

  • To identify areas for improvement, and work across the organisation to raise our performance for fintechs and traditional customers. Pilot new Visa products and services with Fintechs and create new services suitable for Fintechs

  • To foster a learning and mentoring culture. To develop best practice and share it. To develop our team members and our ability to function as a cohesive team globally

Qualifications

What we're after..

  • Intellectual curiosity; willingness to understand and learn

  • Previous Account Management experience. Some experience of Fintechs and high growth companies. Ideally some knowledge and experience of the payments business and/or financial services sector

  • Ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders

  • Numerate with a good commercial acumen, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions through business case development. Proven influencing, sales and negotiation skills from prior roles and experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Take complexity and simplify it for understanding of all
