Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for the end to end hiring of people across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a team of Recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day.

 What a Sourcing Recruiter does at Visa:

  • Collaborates closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders to source and attract the very best candidates to Visa
  • Develops sourcing strategies and builds pipelines of candidates for niche and hard to fill roles as well as repeatable skill sets
  • Uses innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract a diverse range of candidates from across the world
  • Provides the very best experience to those candidates we take through our interview process
  • Provide talent and market insights to the Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders that informs and influences talent strategy
  • Constantly look for ways to Innovate and improve the way we hire at Visa

 This role would ideally suit someone who has a combination of both agency and in house recruitment experience and sees themselves as being highly consultative and who enjoys having an impact on business strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition in both an agency and in house environment
  • Demonstrable and strong experience in technology candidate sourcing and attraction
  • Strong research skills applied across a variety of online platforms and databases
  • The ability to think beyond LinkedIn Recruiter & experience deploying creative search methods like Search engines, Social Media, Websites & Industry events
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating diversity sourcing strategies in overall candidate slate development
  • A strong track record of technology recruitment delivery that includes both a diverse range of skill sets and market experience
  • A consultative, strategic and solution oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders
  • Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for your candidates
  • To be highly organised and structured in the way you approach your work

Projects you will be a part of:

  • Defining how Visa pipelines and manages candidates in repeatable and common skill sets
  • Improving our diversity hiring through innovative sourcing strategies
