Job Description

As Senior Manaer, Consumer Solutions - Installments, you will focus on driving the go to market product roadmap and delivery / expansion of Visa’s Installment solutions in Australia and New Zealand with the objective of  driving increased acceptance and usage of Visa payment credentials.

You will be part of the team responsible for leading the market on driving Visa’s product features and benefits capabilities, including solutioning end-to-end consumer experiences that drive client preference for Visa as a strategic partner and enable superior value propositions for consumers.

You will drive the go-to-market strategy and implementation of Visa’s Installments solutions and complement this through collaboration with digital and loyalty capabilities.

You will need to be highly collaborative and be the key expert influencing regional and global teams to ensure we deliver on the product roadmap, consumer and merchant adoption and market delivery.

You will provide expert advice to clients who want to use Visa's installment and credit expansion solutions by understanding the client's business problem or market opportunity and help them find the right solutions. 

Working closely with the rest of the Visa Consumer Solutions team, including the Director, Credit Solutions, you will co-develop the right product and value propositions for targeted customer segments and leverage Visa installments and credit expansion capability to support our clients to drive greater customer engagement and preference for Visa.

You will work with Digital Solutions and Partnerships teams to identify capability gaps and product opportunities and lead solutioning activity to deploy new credit solutions.

We are looking for a self-starter who has in-depth credit expertise with experience working in a matrixed structure and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best solutions for our clients.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in credit, banking, store finance or loyalty management, or merchant acquiring preferably with an innovation/digital focus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems. An MBA/MS is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer installments and Buy Now Pay Later landscape and how to apply this to the evolving digital payments world
  • A passion for emerging payment technologies and ability to translate concepts and product strategy into executable plans
  • An understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers
  • Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail.
  • An ability to engage on technical issues and concepts across multiple organization levels inside and outside Visa
  • An strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a credit P&L and the  ability to analyse and determine opportunities for growth
  • Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and functions organized within different organizational reporting lines
