Job Description

The Visa Mobile Enablement Platform (MEP) Product Management team is seeking an outstanding Product Manager with the vision, passion and commitment to contribute to Visa's global digital and mobile enablement strategy. The Visa Mobile Enablement Platform Product Management team is responsible for global product strategy and execution of numerous mobile-related initiatives.  This role will meaningfully contribute to the Commercialization and Business Development of multiple products: Visa Digital Commerce App, Visa Biometric Authenticator App, Visa In-App Provisioning SDK and more.  Reporting into the Strategy, Commercialization and Business Development lead for the team, this role will contribute to various product workstreams, go-to-market activities, internal and external communications, market research, strategic analysis and other activities.  This is a global role, and this person will be tasked with working closely with regional product partners in Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and CEMEA along with other key internal stakeholders across teams and functions.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Commercialization: Translate product strategy and capabilities into actionable commercialization efforts and assets for all MEP products across multiple global regions.
  • GTM Planning: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and plans for target markets.  Participate in the execution of critical product launches and strategic projects across global markets.
  • Product Training & Coordination: Coordinate internal training, marketing and product awareness activities including internal webinars, product overview sessions, etc.
  • Sales Collateral: Create go to market assets including but not limited to sales and marketing collateral, demos, product blogs, client testimonials, product spotlights, etc. 
  • Marketing:  Manage the product marketing calendar and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to coordinate the execution of marketing activities.
  • DP: Work closely with the Visa Developer Platform (VDP) team to enable and distribute MEP products to clients and partners.  Create and own MEP product content on VDP.
  • Sales Pipeline: Establish best practices for managing sales pipeline and maintain an up-to-date pipeline report to enable cross-team visibility and collaboration.  Ensure deals are unblocked, progressing, and barriers are removed.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain product performance reporting and statistics such as but not limited to global and regional performance dashboards, end user engagement metrics feature usage dashboards, KPI’s, OKR’s, etc.
  • Sales Support:  Participate in product presentations with sales and clients to gather client feedback and support the creation of new business opportunities.  Drive efforts to create and update demo apps and prototypes with new features.  Manage the distribution of prototypes and other sales collateral with Visa sales and partners.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required
  • Motivated to develop an understanding of the evolving industry context as well as developing a broad and deep understanding of Visa’s business and products
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas with a passion for developing clear, effective, and compelling presentations
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools, PowerPoint and Excel
  •  Experience with sales automation tools, Google analytics, app store analytics, data analysis and reporting tools a plus
  • Able to work independently, and with broad instructions
  • Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects
  • Strong business acumen and a global mindset
  • Collaborative

 

Additional Information

Location

  • Austin, TX or Denver, CO will be considered.  Relocation assistance will not be offered for this opportunity.

Work Hours

  • Candidate must make themselves available to support clients and partners across global time zones.
