Job Description

The Global Mobility Project Manager is responsible for the project management of Visa’s global mobility programs. The Global Mobility Project Manager will have deep understanding of the Visa mobility programs in order to advance the delivery of seamless end-to-end mobility experiences across relocation, assignment, immigration and mobility tax for our global population.

  • Manage complex mobility projects
  • Establish project plans, deliverables, and timelines
  • Prepare and present progress reports
  • Projects include but not limited to:
    • Mobility Program Review
    • RFI/RFPs
    •  Annual Review Cross Border & Relocation
    • HRIT Enhancements
  • Manage mobility for the University Recruiting (UR) program
    • Establish a strong partnership with UR team, Support delivery of mobility programs and solutions, create training and resource guides, case management, policy management
  • Manage activities related to the tax equalization program, partner with Finance and external tax supplier
  • Apply mobility-related expertise to prepare and present quarterly training to HR partners and other key stakeholders
  • Manage Global Mobility’s AskHR tickets by ensuring the team closes tickets in a timely manner; create documentation to advance the self-service content and help drive adoption of key tools and resources within our tiered service model
  • Manage/oversee invoice processing and ensure roadblocks are removed from the process
  • Work with third party supplier partners (tax, relocation, immigration), ensuring exceptional service levels to our employees
  • Interpret business needs and influence program structure, policies and design to ensure mobility programs meets those needs

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

We are seeking a self-motived problem solver and highly organized individual.  You must have proven ability in utilizing your hands-on Mobility experience to impact change.

  • 5 years of Mobility experience
  • Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively
  • Adept at making sense of complex problems and accustomed to multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service orientation and supplier management skills

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
