Job Description

1.      Be responsible for Visa Installment Service implementation taking into account Local specific of the solution 

2.      Participate in development of Installment solution in local, regional and global levels

3.      Understand and formalize local requirements for the solution 

4.      Prepare solution technical documentation, including service implementing guide

5.      Work closely with client services team to support launches and possible bugs fix 

6.      Ensure that all Visa rules are met, waiver process management 

7.      Prepare proposals for pricing and other committees 

8.      Prepare regular updates for management with achievements, roadblocks and key milestones to achieve with terms and responsible

9.      Support updated project plan, report any delay and work with stakeholders to escalate issues

10. Prepare requirements for reporting, update management on key achievements 

11. Deep knowledge of BNPL domestic and foreign markets as well as competitors solutions 

12. Participate in Installment acceleration strategy preparation 

13. Do sourcing procedures including contract management 

14. Negotiations with key clients and merchants to sell solution and collect feedback

15. Participate in preparation of drafts and customized agreements with clients, partners and vendors

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        Retail banking/financial services business experience with demonstrated experience in BNPL products and services, credit cards, POS loans 

·        Great amount of experience building successful partnerships

·        Strong commercial acumen with product line/projects P&L responsibility, experience with managing budgets 

·        Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills needed to influence direction and change attitudes of senior level decision makers 

·        Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy

·        Customer-facing experience, Sales experience and proven negotiation skills

·        Possession of strong knowledge and skills across a range of functions including strategy, marketing, operations, budgetary/accounting and administration, at a professional level 

·        Strategic and innovative thinker also capable of strong execution

·        Strong communication and influencing skills, to work at all levels

·        Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management, including the ability to work effectively within Country, between regions and with worldwide staff 

·        Proficient Russian & English speaker
