Job Description

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborating with the technology site leadership to ensure the center is developing locally appropriate recruiting strategies, identifying market trends and knowledgeable about the competitive landscape, sharing best practices and championing change.
  • You will train, coach, lead, and inspire a team of full life-cycle recruiters, set goals and provide consistent feedback to recruiters on performance and expectations.
  • Building deep partnerships with Technical Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
  • Identifying problem statements and managing strategic recruiting initiatives and projects across the Technology Talent Acquisition team.
  • You will interpret data, build decks to highlight programs and present to key stakeholders along with strong competence in excel to develop and run metrics/reports as needed.
  • Acting as a consultant and SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc.
  • Responsible for exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree and 12+ years of technical recruiting experience, several of which should be in a corporate, high tech setting.
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment.
  • Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals across the globe.
  • Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate empirical, data-driven conversations.
