Job Description
Visa Token ID is currently seeking a Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for all aspects of the order to billing function for Token ID and VDT. Of particular importance is the initial booking of new orders and the accurate capture of customer and contract information so that all of the billable events across the life of the program are accurately represented in our order backlog report and invoices are issued accurately to the customers on time.
The Financial Analyst will be part of the FP&A team and will ensure the integrity of the backlog view and fully accountable for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all Token ID and VDT billing. Further, ensuring the Accounting team has the necessary information and resolution to any open questions to allow for accurate Revenue Recognition disposition is of critical importance.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Customer master data management
Backlog (orders) management
Prepare and upload billing template
Manage weekly and month end billing cycle with IT
Ensure resolution to any billing related inquiries
Customer support for orders, changes, and inquiries
Backlog analysis in support of Sales and forecasting
Continuous improvement and automation of the billing process and reports across systems
Monitor order and project progresses
Control travel costs reimbursable to the customers
Generate Project Central, our Project and Portfolio Management tool, reports for Capacity and Demand/ Project Actual and forecasted hours
Lead the weekly and monthly calls to provide FP&A, Sales, Product, Operations teams with order status update
Support FP&A and Revenue Operations team with necessary analysis and auditing requests
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Auditing or Accounting
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally having orders management responsibilities
Experience in the Orders to Cash sequence including related revenue implications of various transactions
Transactional experience with orders management systems, familiarity with Oracle
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Solid data-handling and analysis skills, ideally having experience with forecasting and operations metrics such as delivery performance
Advanced skills in both MS Excel and Access
