Job Description

This individual will manage the full cycle recruiting including, not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.  Reporting to the Director/Manager of Talent Acquisition, this challenging role combines recruiting and aspects of project or program management.  

·        Design, implement and execute robust, innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top internal/external talent to meet hiring goals of Visa.

·        Build and maintain long-term trust based relationships, collaborate with Business leaders or Hiring Managers across multiple technology teams.

·        Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment .

·        Responsibilities for providing world class candidate experience to both internal and external prospects.  Be the custodian of Visa’s reputation as an employer of choice.

·        Preparing both, formal and ad-hoc reports tracking progress of candidates in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

·        0 to 3 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)

·        Experience in corporate recruiting, agency, or a related HR function or university setting.

·        Strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skills

·        Results-oriented, Excellent time management and organizational skills 

·        Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
