Job Description

The Products team is responsible for developing and delivering the future of payments in Latin America and the Caribbean.  Within that vision, one area that is critical is the enablement of new players that want to issue Visa credentials and/or launch new use cases.  This role consists of creating that enablement ecosystem in the Caribbean and Central America.  The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a strategy to develop an integrated solution that includes BIN Sponsors, Processors, Enablers and Licensing Options to enable the issuance of new credentials as well as the delivery of new and innovative use cases for Visa products and services.  In addition, with this infrastructure in place the individual will prospect for new credentials and new payment flows and work with fintechs, program managers and solution providers to deliver new use cases.  The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication and sales skills.

  • Define and execute a strategic vision for the creation and management of an enablement ecosystem that includes BIN Sponsors, Processors, Program Managers, Licensing Options and others that allows for the delivery of new credentials and use cases.
  • Define and execute a sales plan for leveraging that ecosystem to deliver issuance of new credentials and new payment flows.
  • Serve as an advocate internally while engaging multiple areas in creating this ecosystem
  • Identify opportunities for new payment flows and perform prospecting with clients, partners and providers to develop new business
  • Identify and deliver new use cases in market that combine digital assets and API-based capabilities from Visa, clients and partners
  • Collaborate internally with Product and Country Sales Teams and Client Services organization and externally with partners, enablers and solution providers to execute in market.

  • Strong communication skills to sell-in the enablement opportunity
  • Ability to effectively convey market needs and asks to internal groups
  • High energy with a bias for action and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering on sales targets and creating ecosystems
  • Familiar with API solution sets and fintechs.  Fintech experience a plus

Qualifications
