Team Summary

The Data and Processing Solutions team is part of the India and South Asia Product Team and is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Visa’s product strategy and roadmap for all processing, data and risk solutions in the India and South Asia markets. The team collaborates with local, regional and global stakeholders to assess market trends, evaluate and ideate with sales teams on potential client opportunities, execute against sales plans and oversee the execution of new implementations of Visa’s various risk, data and processing solutions. 

What a Manager, Risk and Data Solutions does at Visa:

Based in Mumbai, this role will:

• Drive all pre- and post-sales support and optimization for Visa’s Risk and Data product suite across 2 key focus areas - Risk & Authentication Products and Data Products.  The role will be the primary point of contact for all of these solutions, collaborating with internal and external partners and clients across the markets of India and South Asia.
• Key responsibilities include all pre- and post-sales engagement, which will include but not limited to evaluating potential product client opportunities, creating client prioritization pipeline and executing against sales plans.
• Additionally, the role will lead overall Data Solutions product management for INSA by working with regional stakeholders, global product owners and cross-functional teams (eg.Account Executives, in-market Product team, Risk team, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Merchant Sales & Acquiring) to develop and prioritize enhancements for existing products, develop go-to-market and commercialization plan for new products, and ensure operational efficiency.

Projects you will be a part of:

• Engage clients to gain an understanding of their risk management and data -related business needs. Identify or collaboratively ideate solutions and recommendations to address their challenges using Visa’s existing products or potentially new innovative solutions.
• Assist in developing annual strategy and associated revenue targets that drive the adoption of these products in the India and South Asia markets in partnership with the local client account executives, regional and global product owners, the Visa risk function, and other stakeholders.
• Helping assess the feasibility of new products and solutions for rollout into the India and South Asia markets and provide regional and global colleagues with local market requirements and customizations that will influence the global product roadmap.
• Manage execution of new implementations with key clients and subsequent post implementation optimizations in collaboration with other functions including client contracts/renewals, billing etc.
