What’s it all about?

Token ID provides clients control over their tokenization strategy, allowing them to offer more types of digital transactions while deciding where and how to implement. We empower merchants, regional networks, fintechs, banks and clearing houses to build, manage and control tokenization capabilities that achieve their business goals. Create new, richer and more secure digital payment experiences by expanding tokenization from card payments to account based and real-time use cases.

Token ID Product management team is responsible for the strategy, inception, build and delivery of world-class Token ID products to market by working along with strategic partners and clients globally. Token ID comprises of a suite of products. Token Gateway Service (TGS) is one of the products which provides a single interface for clients to tokenize credentials, reduce fraud, enable frictionless checkout experiences and realize operational efficiencies with reduced cost.

We are seeking a Product Manager that is a self-starter, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of the TGS team. A key driver of success will be the ability to focus on the highest leverage activities in the face of rapid change and new information, and the ability to independently drive activities all the way to successful completion. This role will report to the Product Leader, TGS with following responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to the product, business processes, policies, information and systems to achieve final business/technology solution.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the business objectives and translate these into goals, product roadmap, features and detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with internal Visa teams (e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, other Visa product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute the product roadmap of TGS
• Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy.
• Assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
• Review QA test plans & results before releasing to UAT.
• Support testing, training and implementation activities, identify and document emerging business requirements to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions.
• Facilitate in providing estimates for user stories, bug fixes, spikes, etc.
• Attend and participate in agile ceremonies.

• Experience in a product ownership, or scrum master in an agile team
• Business Analysis Skills
• Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and proven implementation
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with an ability to translate business needs to technical teams
• Results orientated, continues to work toward achievement of goals in the face of obstacles readily integrating changes into work processes and outputs
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment tokenization, payment standards, scheme rules, payment processing technologies and regulations
• Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment (e.g., SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban)
• Strong communications skills, able to bridge the gap between business/product and technical teams
• Data flow process mapping, data transformation, migration and reconciliation
• Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs
• Great intellectual agility and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplines both written and oral
• Open to feedback, able to deal with ambiguity and work on multiple concurrent activities
• Experience working with teams with resources in remote locations is an advantage
• Working experience in using Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence
• Able to work and manage scrum teams that are geographically dispersed and across time zones
